Soul Train Awards

Sunday November 29th the Soul Train Awards graced our televisions via BET and the new network Centric, that entire week and weeks before then I had seen commercials for the show. So of course I couldn't wait to see what BET had to offer. I had got some feedback from some people who didn't like the show and feed back from some who did like it. Well you can't please everybody can you? I like the show and was really pleased to see some new faces host the show.

Terrance Howard and Taraji P. Henson did an outstanding job in my eyes. The show was very unique and kept me on my toes and longing for more...What's next?(were the thoughts running threw my head) I loved the tributes as always, I absolutely LOVE Chaka Khan...did you see how she just sing on the spot when Angie Stone came over with the microphone and they began to harmonize together. She needs no warm up...she's that GREAT!! Charlie Wilson's tribute was great as well...they brought K-Ci and Jo Jo back....still LOVE their voices.(first thought that Martin Episode..on the Vonnell Hill Show) They showed Kandi Burruss a lot of love because she was the only female vocalist doing the tribute. I was so happy for her, because she became my favorite Housewife of ATL. Also, because of the fact that she is starting her solo music career, that was great for exposure.
