
Today is World AIDS Day, and D.C. is rated the highest in AIDS cases. People please go out and get tested, this disease is not a joke. Condoms are your friend believe it or not, it protects you from having a baby and or contracting an STD or getting HIV. I know it sounds repetitive but the life that you may save may be your own. There are events going on in Washington D.C. today in honor of stopping this epidemic.
Union Temple Baptist Church in Southeast Washington D.C. is hosting an event with Sunday's Best winner Y'anna Crawley and runner up Jessica Reedy, along with TCB and Reaction Band.
The Whitman-Walker Clinic will have a candlelight vigil in DuPont Circle at 5:30 p.m.
Hotel Rouge will host "Red Hot Night"to benefit the Whitman-Walker Clinic from 5:30-8:30 p.m. 1315 16th St. N.W.
