New Year's Eve: Game Night

This New Year's Eve I decided to celebrate it differently. I first started off by giving praises to my heavenly father Jesus Christ at church at the 7:30 p.m. service. After service I did not want to go through the hassle of going out and having someone to watch my son so I decided to have a game night  at my house with my son and fiance and a few close friends. It was so much fun! 

My son walked around the house getting everyone excited about seeing the ball drop at midnight. He was so much fun. 

I had champagne flutes ready for everyone to make their 2014 toast. We toasted to great health, wealth, relationships and careers with God at center of it all.

We had so much fun ringing in the New Year in the presence of our home. Thankful for all that we experienced in 2013 and looking forward to much more in 2014. 

New Year's Eve Is....

I can't believe New Year's Eve came and went and it's now the 3rd day of January. I am so thankful to have made it through another year, with much tragedy and triumph that we experienced as a country I can still say that 2012 was a good year.

My dress came from the clothing line of a long time friend her company is called Vanity Chic and she will be launching her website and pieces in the coming weeks. This dress is called "Skeleton Black" and I loved every bit of wearing this dress it fit me like a glove. While I felt absolutely chic in this dress my New Year's Eve did not start off great, I was not feeling too good but still went to dinner (Ardeo Bardeo) with my beau. After dinner our plans were to head to a friend's house to her "Sequins and Bow Tie" Party but things got a little too out of hand in the corridor of her neighborhood and needless to say we made our exit. I guess I could've endured the mess but I did want to see what 2013 had to offer so I obliged and settled for a romantic night with my beau. I hope your night was filled with tons of fun. 

The Countdown Begins

In 5..4..3..2..1...HAPPY NEW YEAR! Yes the countdown has begun its the last Friday and the last day of the year! WOW 2010 has been a great year in some cases their have been bad days and their have been good days but most of all those days have compiled memories of this year. However you choose to spend your night be safe, dress the part(your own style/personality) and cheers to the NEW YEAR!
