My Favorite Instagram Costumes

Last Thursday most people were feeling festive and decided to dress the part for Halloween. I was feeling festive as well as I dressed up as a celebrity (Rihanna) to keep my costume fun. While I think it's always so much more fun for us women to dress up(who doesn't love to get dressed up) we always do it so well. Andddddddddd the person is RIHANNA!!!

That's right! Last night I channeled the bad gal Rihanna at one of my closes friend's costume party (I post pictures of the party in another post) last night. I had so much fun playing Rihanna, I even tried to talk like her by using her Barbados dialect. I know Rihanna has a care free type of attitude and loves to express herself through her clothes and her music so that was why I chose her. Having my hair cut also helped with my decision to choose Rihanna.

Time To Get Dressed Up

Since today is Thursday we can go ahead and make it #ThrowbackThursday, I was looking at old pictures and came across pictures from 2010 when I dressed up as a 1970's hippy! #funners Take a look.

I don't celebrate Halloween because of the demonic meaning behind it but I do think that it's fun to dress up as different characters once a year (as long as it's tasteful). This year I plan to do something totally different, I am actually going to be a personality. Can you guess who I will be?

I haven't decided if I am participating in the dress up festivities of Halloween yet. I am not a Halloween celebrator, I am a fan of playing dress up. But we'll see how my weekend turns out!
