Circle of Hope, Inc, Sarea-Flo Mack (me) Jamal Spratley-center (Co-Founder/CEO of COH & Director of the Film,Hank Johnson beside director(Co-Founder of COH) Big G in the back(Founder of DreamsWork Inc.)Friday came and went and all my nervousness, anxiousness and anxiety went away, I was truly happy with the turn out and the outcome of the premiere.Over 1000 people attended the premiere which was held at Community of Hope A.M.E. Church and were pleased with the film. Attendees were able to meet the cast, take pictures on the red carpet, talk to the director, talk to the Founders and Dreams Work, Inc and also network. This event brought 1000 + people to a peaceful environment with a purpose. The purpose was to bring awareness to Bullying, which is so relavent in our society today.
Also on Friday DC Mayor Vincent Gray declared that day as "Don't Bully" day, and proclamations were given to both Circle of Hope, Inc (filmed the movie) and Dreams Work Inc.(Story of the movie) which is an honor to receive. If you missed the premiere and want to see this movie you just may have the chance to see it, I will keep you posted on a future viewings.
