LeToya Luckett celebrated her birthday this past weekend with friends in L.A. at Phillipe Chow (the famous Mr. Chow), she looked stunningly gorgeous in her red dress. Kelly Rowland, Brandy Norwood, Manny Halley(Keyshia Cole's manager)and a number of others. 30 looks so good!
