Today was filled with fun, laughter, stretching, bending, shaking, rolling, popping and dancing and do you know why? I went to a Pole dancing class, it was so much fun but a total workout. It was a great way to start off my Valentine's Day weekend. Not only did I do pole dancing but I also did exotic exercises and learned an exotic dance. This is a great activity for all healthy women of any age, however you must be 18 years of age and older of course. I must warn you that, you should be in shape and ready to take a risk for this type of activity.
