Oprah says good-bye to ABC

Last Thursday November 19, 2009 Ms. Oprah Winfrey announced in the last five minutes of her afternoon talk show that she will be retiring. She said that it felt right to retire in the 25th season of her show. She got choked up and tears begin to flow(my sensitive self, felt all of her emotion) because of how passionate of a journalist she is. Although she is leaving ABC she still will be working, Oprah plans on starting her own network, which will be in her name. (The Oprah Winfrey Network) Her contract with ABC ends in September 2011.

We will definitely miss Oprah in the afternoon at 4p.m., but their is an end to everything. I wish one of the hardest/richest working woman in America all the best in her future. But wait..before the show ends I definitely have to travel to Chicago to be apart of her audience that is a BIG DEFINITE!! OOOOOOKAY!!(2 snaps). But until then Oprah keep on keeping on!!
